When it’s cold outside, curling up inside with a nice, hot beverage can be such a treat, especially when it’s a chocolate one. Add a little rum and you’re really in business. This cocktail recipe is perfect for just that.

Oaxaca Chakas

2 parts Milagro SBR Anejo

.75 parts Agave nectar

1 parts Heavy whipping cream

2 parts Milk

1 scoop Oaxacan chocolate powder

1 scoop freshly whipped cream (Optional)

Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat until boiling. Serve in a coffee cup and top with freshly whipped cream.

Boil tea. Add rum, juices, syrup into empty mixing glass. Slowly add tea. Stir. Add dash of bitters. Stir and sip at desired warm temperature
