When you can see your breath on the crisp winter air it’s time for hot toddies! If you haven’t tried a Big Gin hot toddy – there’s no time like the present.

Smoking Toddy

1 oz Peat Barreled Big Gin

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz honey syrup 1:1

Russian caravan tea bag (Smokey tea)

Combine the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup in a 12oz glass and fill with hot water.

Add the Russian Caravan tea to the glass and stir gently, steep the tea. Remove tea bag. Garnish with a lemon and enjoy!

Jade Toddy

1oz Big Gin (London Dry)

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz honey syrup 1:1

1/2 tablespoon matcha tea

Fill with hot water. Combine the gin, lemon, and honey syrup in a 12oz glass.  Heat water.

Separately whisk the matcha tea with a small amount of water to dissolve and aerate.  Pour the matcha tea into the glass and top with hot water.
