Mother’s Day is right around the corner on Sunday, May 13, and what better way to celebrate Mom than to make her a fresh cocktail or two! Whether with breakfast in bed or a rooftop dinner, these cocktails are a great way to show Mom you care.


Flor de Caña Pina Colada

2.5 parts FDC 7 Rum

3 parts pineapple juice

1 part coconut cream

Method: Combine the FDC 7, pineapple juice and coconut cream in a blender. Add cup of crushed ice and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Strawberry Mamie Taylor

2 parts Monkey Shoulder

.5 parts Lemon juice

.75 parts ginger syrup

.25 parts strawberry puree

Shake. Top with soda.

Highland Sour

1 part Drambuie

.50 part Blended Scotch or Mezcal

.50 part Cynar

.25 part Lemon Juice

1 part Chameleon Mexican Coffee

1/2 teaspoon preserves Orange or Strawberry

.75 part or 1 egg white

Combine with Ice, Shake, Double-Strain, Serve Up Garnish with Dash of Angostura Bitters
