As winter temperatures settle in across the country, people are looking for ways to activate their holiday spirit, and what better way to do it than through the tastebuds, with a hot or cold cocktail.  Enjoy and cheers!

Hot Christmas Spiced Wine


Recipe (developed by Twang):

1.5 liter red wine
750 mL white wine
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. Twang -A- Rita Tamarind Cocktail Seasoning
3 slices Orange


Holly Down


The Botanist Gin 1.5 oz.

Fresh Pressed Apple Juice 1 oz.

Fresh Basil Leaves 3-4

Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz.

Simple Syrup .5 oz.

Orange Bitters 1 dash

Soda water

Apple and Fresh Basil Leaf for garnish


  1. In shaker, add all ingredients with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice
  3. Top with a splash of soda water
  4. Garnish with an apple fan and fresh basil
