These summery sips will help keep the beach memories alive before we have to start worrying about when the “polar vortex” will arrive.  So grab a glass, don your shades and sunscreen and toast to Labor Day weekend.

1 ½ oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac

¾ oz. elderflower liqueur

½ oz. passion fruit juice

½ oz. lemon juice

Dash of simple syrup

Garnish with lemon peel

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.

Island Sunburst – Tropical flavors make this a perfect end of summer cocktail.

2 oz. Sobieski Toasted Coconut Vodka

2 oz. orange juice

½ oz. cranberry juice

Orange twist and wheel for garnish

Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass, over fresh ice. Garnish with orange twist and wheel.

Bella Frappe – This refreshing sip makes the most of summer’s best bounty-fresh berries!

1 oz. Lucid Absinthe

⅔ oz. triple sec

Dash of Monin Sirop de Framboise

6-8 fresh raspberries

1 lime

Champagne

Muddle raspberries, Monin Framboise, and juice from half the lime in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice, Lucid Absinthe, and triple sec. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with remaining fresh raspberries.
