Rich fruit carried by polished tannins integrates nicely with savory, smoky notes making this Syrah a good match for chicken mole.

Fragrances of Asian pear, green apple skin, wild grass, and vanilla rise up from a glass. The palate showcases flavors of pineapple, pear, and tart apple, accented by traces of vanilla bean and grass. Fairly round, yet still lively on the palate, swordfish would make a very nice pairing.
