Cinco de Mayo is quickly approaching, and it’s time to grab your favorite tequila and whip up the best margaritas for you and your friends. Weather your staying in and mixing up the guac or heading out to the bar, here are some great cocktails that you should be drinking this 5th of May!

1800 Agave Margarita

2 oz. 1800 Silver Tequila

0.5 oz. Agave

0.5 oz. Fresh lime juice

Shake over ice or blend, garnish with a lime wedge

Cuervo Margarita

1 part Jose Cuervo Especial Gold Tequila

3 parts Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix

½ cup  crushed ice

Whip in blender and enjoy frozen in a salt-rimmed glass with a slice of lime. Or serve on the rocks

The Russian’s Cat

  • 3 oz Soltado Tequila

  • 1 oz Solerno Blood Orange

  • .50 oz Citrónge Lime Liqueur

  • 2  Dashes Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters

  • Optional: Pinch Alder Smoked Salt

Shake all ingredients, strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a pinch of salt, tossed into the glass just before serving.

  • 1 oz Soltado Tequila

  • 3/4 oz Fernet

  • 1/2 oz green chartreuse

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1/4 oz agave syrup

  • Garnish lemon peel

Shake all with ice, strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish.
