On September 19th & 20th, the Eat Real Festival took place in Oakland serving tons of food, entertainment and of course, delicious cocktails. These two Hangar 1 cocktails were featured at the festival and will now appear on the menu at Rye until the middle of October. The Commonwealth will be served at Off The Grid in Fort Mason and the Presidio until the end of March.

0.5 oz. Amontillado sherry
0.25 oz. Small Hands Orgeat (local)
0.25 oz. lemon juice
2 dashes Bolivar Bitters


Shake and strain into cocktail glass
