Launched in 2013, Negroni Week is a celebration of one of the world’s greatest cocktails, as well as an effort to raise money for charitable causes around the world. In its first year alone, more than 1,300 bars around the world participated, raising awareness about the seminal drink — and raising more than $120,000 for various charities. The program brought together Negroni lovers everywhere, but it has also allowed communities and their bartenders to work together for a variety of amazing causes.
We wanted to share some innovative takes on the classic Negroni recipe being created at some of the bars participating in the festivities.
