1 oz. Machu Picchu Peru 65% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate

1 ½ oz. Pisco Portón

 

 

Chocolate Passion Pisco Sour

1 ½ oz Pisco Portón

½ oz. Chocolate Shop chocolate red wine

2 oz. passion juice

1 T cherry juice syrup (from cupcake recipe)

Squeeze of fresh lime

 

Place all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well. Can be served up or with ice in tall glass.
