Haru Agave Cooler

This summer, travel south of the border and welcome the “Agave Cooler.” This clean, fresh concoction combines gin with agave nectar and is finished with a splash of soda water, simple syrup and basil leaves.

Agave Cooler                                                                       

1.5 oz Beefeater 24 gin

0.5 oz agave nectar syrup

0.5 oz Sour mix

0.2 oz Simple Syrup

0.1 oz Soda water

5 basil leaves

Pour all contents over ice (including basil), shake lightly, and serve in a rocks glass, garnish with basil sprig.
