ZU Vodka Cocktails

 Zu vodka is probably best appreciated on its own, but if you do feel like mixing it up a bit, here are a few cocktails which are sure to please your palate. Enjoy!  

 

Ginger Bison:
1.5 oz Zu Vodka
Dash of bitters
.5 oz ginger ale
Lime Wedge
Method: Fill highball with ice, add ZU, bitters, fill will ginger ale. Stir.
Garnish: Lime Wedge

Szarlotka:
1.5 oz Zu Vodka
.5 oz unfiltered Apple Juice
Method: Fill highball with ice, add ZU, apple juice. Sitr
Garnish: Bison Grass
