Here’s another one of the great cocktails being served at the Absolut SF launch party last month. It’s perfect for summertime. Enjoy!
Absolut SF Collins
Ingredients
2 part(s) Absolut SF Vodka
1 part(s) Simple Syrup
3/4 part(s) Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Instructions
Combine ABSOLUT SF, simple syrup and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon slice.

That was a great party and the collins was pretty good but that one they were making with the fresh berries was just amazing! What's the recipe for that one?
