Hurricane Haru

Everyone knows that good things come in threes. To shake up the season, Haru will begin pouring out three specialty cocktails over three months for $6 each. Haru, Japanese for “spring,” will introduce their liquid trifecta on March 1^st.

  

Hurricane Haru                                                                   

1.0 oz Don Q crystal rum
1.0 oz Pyrat XO rum
1.0 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Orange Juice
0.2 oz sweet/sour mix
0.1 oz grenadine

Pour all contents over ice, and shake thoroughly.  Served in a pilsner glass.  Garnish with orange and a cherry with a bamboo spike through it.
