Prior to opening Domenico Wines, Dominick and Gloria’s passion for the wine business was shared with others on both the East and West Coasts through Bacchus Winemaking Club. This membership club enabled many more people to create their own wines with custom labels. Over 200,000 cases of wine have been created by amateur winemakers on both the East and West Coasts through the years.

This blend of 82% Sangiovese, 9% Petite Sirah, and 9% Merlot offers a nose of cherry, raspberry, and spice with a few hints of earth. With a sip, tart cherry and bright red berry flavors dominate the palate, along with a few softer floral hints that linger on the long finish. A light-body and balanced acid minimize the wine’s bite, making it smooth and easy to drink. It’s a great wine for for basic, meaty pasta dishes.
