Inglehoffer’s mustards come in a wide variety of flavors. Food & Beverage sat down to review a few of them recently. The first mustard up is their Organic Stone Ground.

 

This stone ground mustard has a wonderful creamy mouthfeel.  Its spice is quite mild and complimented nicely by hints of garlic and sea salt. The mustard is perfect for sandwiches made with turkey or chicken and mild white cheeses since the flavors are not overwhelming. People that don’t like spice but are unsatisfied with yellow mustard ought to give this one a try.
