Kendall-Jackson 2016 “Grand Reserve” Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:

Tropical fruit and white cherry aromas play nicely with toasty, buttery expressions on the nose. Flavors of pineapple, apricot, and lemon wrap around nuances of butter, vanilla, and spring flowers on the palate. A balanced acidity and solid layers for under $20 make this Chardonnay well worth a try.

Landmark Vineyards “Overlook” 2016 Chardonnay

Region: Sonoma County, Ca

Tasting Notes:

A bouquet of peaches, pineapples, barrel spice, and creamy vanilla greet the senses. Flavors of peach, pear, and pineapple are backed up by buttery oak, brown spice and vanilla on the palate. Bringing together a good balance of fruit, butter, and toasty oak, it’s a nice chardonnay for the price.

Tasting Notes:

There’s lots of butter and toasty oak on the nose, along with notes of pineapple and peach. Lush on the palate, pineapples,peaches, and mangoes play among highlights of butter and toast. Fans of creamy, buttery Chardonnay will enjoy this bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Tropical aromas mingle among buttery and vanilla notes on the nose. Pineapples, mangoes, and pears emerge on the palate, accented by expressions of creamy vanilla and butter. Rich and lush, fans of big Chardonnays will enjoy this for the price.
