Snapshot in a glass

Spring is in the air, and New Belgium Brewing has a couple recently released beers that will make fine companions with the newly arriving sunny days.  After all, great weather calls for great beer. So, enjoy!

Citradelic

American IPA
Nose:
Great citrus hop nose that has more of a tangerine peel with some pine build in..
Taste:
The taste follows the nose with a lot of citrus. It’s well balanced with malt flavors, and it doesn’t have the overwhelming hoppiness that some American IPA’s are known for. There’s just enough to cause some bitterness towards the end of the sip.
Finish:
Slightly dry, bitter ending which sets you up perfectly for another taste.
Recommendation:
Grab a Pint the next time you are visiting the Brewery, or you can find them in local stores by using the link below.

Belgian Pale Ale
Rotating Seasonal
Nose:
This ale has a sweet herbal nose with a hint of spice and citrus on the back side.
Taste:
Sweet maleness with some notes of apricot. Appealing herbal and clove notes linger in the mouth. A great selection of the yeast doesn’t over power this Belgian and leaves a well balanced beer.
Finish:
A crisper end that leaves you wanting another taste
Recommendation:
Grab a Pint the next time you are visiting the Brewery, or you can find them in local stores by using the link below.
