Elegant, layered, and dry, this finely crafted wine should be open with a seasoned roast chicken.

The nose presents with a nice character, as cherries and strawberries harmonize among butterscotch, clove, and oaky notes. The palate is supple, with flavors of plum, cherry, and strawberry unfurling into allusions of caramel, brown spice, and cedar. Elegant, layered, and dry, it’s non-traditional but it’s tasty.
