As the weather warms up, cocktails are what every backyard BBQ, rooftop soiree, or weekend picnic need.  So here are a handful of recipes ideal for any outdoor gathering that’s coming on your social calendar.  Cheers and enjoy!

1.5 oz. 1800 Reposado

1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz. Fino Sherry

0.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Lavender Enlightenment

2 oz Hangar 1 Buddha’s Hand Citron Vodka

¾ oz lavender honey syrup*

¾ oz lemon bianco vermouth

Garnish with fresh lavender

Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh lavender or pinch of lavender salt (seasonal). * To make lavender honey syrup, combine equal parts lavender honey and hot water.

2oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
2oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
1oz Simple Syrup
1oz Soda

Served in a couple or highball with ice (shaken or over ice)

.75 Concord Syrup
.75 Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Egg White
Garnish: Concord Grapes with Edible Flower and Black Peppercorn

Ingredients

1 Bottle of Strawberry Lemonade SPARKLING ICE

Dash of lime juice

1 ½ oz. vodka

Raspberries for Garnish

Crushed Ice

 

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine Strawberry Lemonade SPARKLING ICE, vodka and lime juice. Stir in crushed ice. Stir and pour in two glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

4 oz. Lemonade SPARKLING ICE

1 ½ oz. vodka

Cucumber and lemon slices

Directions

Muddle a few cucumber sliced with vodka. Strain and pour into a chilled glass over ice

Top with Lemonade SPARKLING ICE

Garnish with lemon and cucumber slices
