mashed fauxtatoes marcus samuelssonThis is one of the few occasions where ‘fake’ tastes better than the real thing- especially since this recipe has ZERO carbs. Of course if you do what I did, and substitute the ¼ cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese for sour cream, there might be some carbs in it, but as a whole the recipe really works, and is destined to be a keeper. I have made this recipe about 5 times, and it turns out fabulous every single time.
