From the check-in by “Chad” the SBNHM Blue Whale Skeleton to the back of Boulder Alley the grounds of the beautiful natural history museum was alive with supporters, sponsors and purveyors providing sensational sips and delicious bites for the charity fundraiser. Victor and Rosalie Romo were among those waiting at the entrance to experience this year’s excitement. “This is our third year coming to this event and we really enjoy it. The grounds are so nice,” said Mrs. Romo. Many arriving guests, including moi, enjoyed taking photos with the “Don’t Drink & Drive” bear, and sponsors walked a red carpet to have a photo taken with the Avelina Sponsor Bear in the Fleischmann Auditorium.
