Roasted Chile Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Chicken, rinsed and cleaned
- 10 whole Garlic cloves
- 1 Lime, halved
- ¼ bunch Cilantro
For Marinade:
Preparation:
- Stuff clean, whole chicken with garlic, lime and cilantro
- Generously coat entire chicken with chile marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees; coat chicken once more with marinade.
- Roast chicken in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Partner with your favorite seasoned rice and vegetables, then enjoy!
