All of Zaca Mesa’s wines are made from grapes grown on their 240 acres of vineyards and never leave the winery until after bottling, so that they can be designated as Estate Bottled.

Aromas of fig, apple, sweet brown spices, and honey rise up from a freshly swirled glass. A sip brings forth flavors of pear, fig, and butterscotch that close on a soft kiss of minerals. Fairly round on the palate yet quite clean, it’s ideal when you need a break from Chardonnay.
