Basil Hayden’s® Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
¼ part Honey
1-2 Star Anise
2 parts Hot Water
Orange Zest
Lemon Zest
3 Cinnamon Sticks
METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a hot toddy glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
DEWAR’S Highlander Honey Hot Toddy
2oz Hot Water
1.5oz DEWAR’S Highlander Honey
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 slice lemon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pour the honey, boiling water, and whisky into a mug. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon, and put in the slice of lemon. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes so the flavors can mingle, then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving.
