Tasting Notes:

The nose brings together aromas of melon, citrus, and wild herbs. The palate takes shape with flavors of honeydew and kiwi wrapping around suggestions of herbs, citrus zest, and minerals. Its rich mouth-feel is in balance with a fresh acidity, making it a great wine to pair with baked sole in a light creamy sauce.
