Spring is here!!! It’s time to whip out your spring jackets and start making outdoor plans. Of course, you’ll want to enjoy drinking some light and refreshing cocktails while under the sunshine.  So here are a few you might fancy:

1 oz Bombay Sapphire East Gin
1 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
.5 oz Grapefruit-Lime Cordial
.25 oz Campari
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Build in a Large glass and Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with an Orange slice, Mint sprig, and Lime shell filled with over proof rum, set aflame and dashed with powdered Cinnamon and Campari.

1oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
.75oz Cranberry Hibiscus Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3oz Brut Champagne
Garnish: Filthy Black Cherry with Lemon Twist and Fresh Cranberry

1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire gin

1.25 oz Barbadillo fino sherry

0.75 oz macadamia nut syrup

0.5 oz pineapple juice

0.5 oz lime juice

3 dashes Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

3 dashes mace tincture

15 muddled blueberries

 

Build ingredients together in a shaker, shake briefly with ice and double strain into a nog glass filled with pebble ice.  Garnish with fresh blueberries and grated mace. –Created by Greg Buda (The Dead Rabbit)

0.75oz Fresh Lime juice
0.5oz Pomegranate syrup
2oz Oolong and mandarin tea

Shaken and served long over ice and topped with Ginger beer. Garnish with large orange zest and potentially either candied ginger or pomegranate seeds.
