They produce only 100 percent estate-grown wines, controlling the winemaking process from fruit to bottle, which is key to achieving top-quality. Stony Ridge 2015 Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of peach, honeydew, and pear intermingle with traces of Rosemary and wet stone on the nose. Ripe peaches, melons, and red pears open up into allusions of fresh herbs, minerals, and honey on the palate. Quite lush for a Sauv Blanc, swordfish would make a fine companion. 104 cases were made.

A bouquet of black cherries, plums, strawberries, and creamy oak greet the senses. Bramble berry, cherry, and plum flavors emerge on the palate, along with hints of oak and vanilla. A Merlot with supple tannins and bright red fruit, enjoy a bottle with a mushroom risotto. 114 cases produced.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatics of black cherries, plums, and raspberries combine with expressions of vanilla and toasty oak on the nose. With a sip, flavors of cherry, raspberry, and red plum interweave with highlights of clove, cinnamon, and toasty vanilla. Inviting fruit and barrel spice are framed nicely by refined tannins, endearing this wine to roast duck. Just 99 cases were made.

Fragrances of blackberries, cherries, vanilla, and baking spice rise up from a glass. The palate delivers flavors of bramble fruit and cherry, accented by traces of toasty vanilla, dark chocolate, and spice. Dark fruit and polished tannins endear this wine to BBQ ribs. 122 cases produced.
