The nose offers aromatics of pineapples, peaches, and apricots that are accented by traces of honey and citrus blossoms. A sip reveals flavors of peach, apricot, and passion fruit that unfold into suggestions of lemon custard, fresh bread, and white blossoms. Aromas of plums, black cherries, and strawberries mingle with notes of cola, tea, and earth on the nose. Flavors of strawberry, plum, and cherry emerge on the palate, alongside whispers of clove, cola, and spice. A welcoming acidity and supple tannins, make it a fine choice to pair with roast chicken, turkey, or duck. 2,359 cases were made.
