Aberdeen Old Fashioned
By Misty Kalofen (Drink, Boston)
2 parts Sandeman Porto Founders Reserve
1 parts Chivas 12 Year Old
1/4 part 1:1 Turbinado Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
1 level teaspoon Pumpkin Butter
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass and stir.
Add ice and stir again.
Garnish with a wide orange twist.

Sandeman Sangree

1 1/2 parts Sandeman Porto Founders Reserve
3/4 parts Plymouth Gin
3/4 parts Lemon juice
1/2 part Simple syrup
2 parts Soda water
Combine all ingredients, except the soda water into a cocktail shaker.
Shake briefly with ice.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Add soda water.
Add a lemon wheel and grate nutmeg across top.
