The Pioneering Spirit

1 ½ parts Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

2 parts pear juice

½ part agave nectar

1 part lemon juice

 

Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
