Seelbach: A Big Bottom Bourbon Cocktail

 

Bourbon is a wonderful spirit for the Fall. So, the folks at Big Bottom, a new independent bottler, have passed along some of their favorite cocktails to make with their very own Big Bottom Bourbon. Enjoy!

 

Recipe by Jacob Grier – Big Bottom Mixologist Consultant

The Seelbach

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 oz Big Bottom Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 7 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • sparkling wine

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Build in a champagne flute.
  2. Garnish with an orange twist.
