The Seelbach

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 oz Big Bottom Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 7 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • sparkling wine

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Build in a champagne flute.
  2. Garnish with an orange twist.
